Workshop Description

Unconscious bias is not intentionally malicious, but it can certainly get in the way of our best efforts to promote and leverage the benefits of diversity. This workshop will examine how unconscious bias can influence the workplace; we will share research-based strategies for addressing unconscious biases and micro-aggressions in a variety of work environments, and we will explore strategies that reduce the impact of our own unconscious biases.
