Graduate Assistants Roundtables Series: Tips and Techniques for Success is a new take on professional development training for graduate students working as teaching and research assistants. The aim is for graduate students to share the strategies and practices that worked for them in dialogue with fellow students and targeting those just beginning their assistantships. Faculty advisors will join the conversation providing discussion prompts and contributing to the discussion. These roundtables will take place on Tuesday afternoons, starting at 1 pm in the Graduate Center’s multipurpose room in September and early October. The roundtable will be video-recorded with the future aim of creating an edited video resource available for access by other graduate students. Participants are welcome to attend all or some of the roundtables.
Light refreshments will be provided.
Space is limited to 25 people. Please register to secure your seat. Register at https://grad.arizona.edu/forms/graduate-assistants-roundtable-series-rsvp
