The Associated Students of the University of Arizona (ASUA) in partnership with the Graduate Professional Student Council (GPSC) are pleased to present a workshop for all students on what intellectual property is and the various resources available to you to get your idea to the marketplace.
Location: Student Union, Kiva Room
In this workshop, we will learn and practice writing strategies to help you incorporate references and resources correctly and avoid plagiarism. This program is a part of the Writing Skills Improvement Program.

Time: 2pm to 3pm
Provides an overview of the University's conflict of interest policy, why it matters, and how it applies to UA researchers. Note: This workshop DOES NOT fulfill the Conflict of Interest training requirement but it does count as an elective toward the Responsible Conduct of Research Certificate.
