Welcome to the Start Smart Workshops page. Here you will find current series information as well as materials referenced or provided in past workshops. The Start Smart series will help you develop a refreshed sense of confidence, critical negotiation skills, and insights to support your career endeavors.

The Start Smart Series is co-hosted by the Graduate Center and the American Association of University Women (AAUW) Tucson Branch.

With attention to the gender pay gap, this workshop will focus on negotiation practices and strategies attendees can use to negotiate their salary and benefits package successfully.
