Nancy Ellis is a Research and Grant Administrator with the Graduate Centers Office of Fellowships. She is responsible for assisting graduate students in their search for funding, including grants and fellowships, and providing support and training as they progress through the requirements of their applications. Prior to her employment at the University of Arizona, Nancy worked for a local jurisdiction for two decades, writing and administering grants, as well as planning and implementing facilities, infrastructure, and programs for bicycles and pedestrians. She received a B.A. in Political Science and an M.S. in Public Policy Analysis at the University of Rochester. She also received an M.P.A. from the University of Arizona, as well as a B.S. in Parks and Recreation Management. Nancy enjoys bicycle racing, running, cheering on the Tucson Roadrunners, and spending time with her husband and their large menagerie of animals.
