Phase 3: Post-Award Management

This phase is for individuals who work on a research project funded by an external agency or have received a fellowship from an external agency. Research grants require budget management, progress reports, ethical conduct of research and sometimes the knowledge discovered necessitates invention disclosures and patents. In partnership with the Office of Research and Partnerships, the training in this phase will help graduate students better understand these elements.
