Reservation of Graduate Center Rooms

The Graduate Center has two rooms that can be reserved through a reservation request.  It is recommended to check the room calendars to preview their availability prior to adding it to your meeting request. Please know that room availability after 5 PM requires faculty or staff to be onsite and will require additional confirmation. Reservation requests should be submitted two business days or more in advance of the reservation. Use of the space will be confirmed via email.

Trash and recycle collection for the Graduate Center is conducted weekly on Monday mornings. If your event has a lot of food and drink or will have significant foot traffic, it is requested that you submit a FM Special Event Request for Custodial Services for supplemental cleaning and trash/recycle pick up. This helps keep our space nice for all activities.

Email the Team to Make a Reservation Request

Reservation Request Requirements:

  • Event Contact
  • Event Date
  • Room(s) Requested
  • Description of Event
  • Estimated Number of Attendees
  • Food and Beverage at Event (Yes or No)
