This series brings in federal employers to share valuable insights about job opportunities, application processes, and career paths within the government sector. Graduate students from a wide range of programs are eligible for federal employment, offering numerous opportunities to explore diverse career paths across various federal agencies. Additionally, the series will help demystify the application process, providing clarity on how to navigate federal hiring procedures effectively.

US Diplomat in Residence for Southwest
- The U.S. Department of State offers careers and internships for students and alumni from all academic backgrounds, including engineering, information technology, international affairs, operations and management, administration, law enforcement, languages, and much more.

Graduate Careers in Federal Service (USDA)
- Representatives from the U.S. Department of Agriculture Talent Outreach Branch, Agricultural Research Service/Research, Education, and Economics will provide information on building your federal resume; navigating and applying on USAJOBS; and will also discuss student internship and recent graduate opportunities through the Federal Pathways Program.
