The Graduate Center is a place where your wellbeing is of paramount importance to us.  Wellness looks different for each of us and the 8 Dimensions of Wellness guide helps us consider a well-rounded view. Our goal is to hold space for you by organizing resources that break isolation and promote wellness. Whether you have a strong support system in place, are seeking to make connections, or have concerns that have not been met, our team is here to help. 

Graduate school often has challenging moments that can weigh heavily on your mindset. If this is the case, take a short break and check out this excellent CAPS series, Stronger than, that celebrates your strength and resilience!  Practice self-care, reach out for help, and connect with loved ones.  You are valued by your friends, faculty, graduate program, and your network at the Graduate College.
