Reservation of Graduate Center Rooms

The Graduate Center has three rooms that can be reserved by adding them as an attendee or location to a meeting request in Outlook. Requests are not moderated. The room calendars will automatically accept your request if the space is available, and you are an employee of the Graduate College or affiliated with the college. It is recommended to check the room calendars to preview their availability prior to adding it to your meeting request.

Trash and recycle collection for the Graduate Center is conducted weekly on Monday mornings. If your event has a lot of food and drink or will have significant foot traffic, it is requested that you submit a FM Special Event Request for Custodial Services for supplemental cleaning and trash/recycle pick up. This helps keep our space nice for all activities.

Also, if your reservation is for an event or meeting that needs to be on the website calendar or University calendars, please notify the team by completing our online form.

Please note that all spaces below are accessible to faculty and staff that work within the Graduate Center building. If you are not working in the Graduate Center, you will need to either check out a key from Rachel Nielsen in Administration 322 or coordinate with one of the faculty and staff to open the space(s) for you.
