Dominique Brown is a Human Resources professional with over 15 years of federal service at USDA. Her expertise is in talent management, policy and program development, and learning and development. Mrs. Brown started her federal career with USDA Rural Development and has played a pivotal role in nurturing emerging talent and shaping impactful initiatives including Pathways Programs implementation, the development of the Fellow Experience Program, and revamping the Mentoring Program. Passionate about fostering the next generation of government leaders, Dominique is enthusiastic about sharing insights and strategies to inspire collaboration and innovation in student and early career talent management.
