  • Check-in Time/Location: 8:30 am (for international students) and 9:30 am (for domestic students) in SUMC Diamond Atrium (3rd floor)
  • Event Time: 8:30 am (or 9:30 am for domestic students) to 4 pm

Location: Student Union Memorial Center (SUMC), Grand Ballroom (3rd floor) for all agenda items except for the mixer which will be at the University of Arizona Main Library

Incoming Summer and Fall 2025 main campus graduate students have been invited to register for the event, and should register in GradStart as soon as possible. Students must have created their NetID before they can access the registration form.
