This event promotes resources that support graduate students' well-being. Drawing on the 8 Dimensions of Wellness - emotional, spiritual, intellectual, physical, environmental, financial, occupational, and social - campus partners will share information and opportunities to enhance your health and success. Interactive workshops will include yoga, meditation, conflict resolution, financial wellness, and more!
The event is free to attend. Registration is appreciated, but not required. To register, visit the event page.
The event will consist of a resource fair in the ENR2 Building's courtyard as well as workshops throughout the building.
The resource tables will be available from 4 PM to 6 PM, while workshops are offered during two time blocks:
