Natalie J. Wong

Natalie Wong is a doctoral student in School Psychology. She earned her Education Specialist degree (EdS) at Seattle University and currently holds a National Certification of School Psychology (NCSP). Natalie previously worked as a testing coordinator for students with disabilities for four years and served as an AmeriCorps member while completing her capstone internship at a Title 1 school within an agricultural community in Washington State. Her work is centered around investigating structures of oppression, identifying areas of need, and applying problem-solving equitably using an intersectional, ecological systems approach. Natalie aspires to make contributions to the field of school psychology through her stewardship and research as a woman of color. As a Seattle native, Natalie enjoys baseball, hiking, and swimming. She also enjoys quality time with her pup Iggy, reading, board games, and crafting.
