Establishing Salary Goals and Navigating the Gender Pay Gap

Learn fundamentals and resources for successfully benchmarking your salary and understanding the gender gap.

We offer two workshops to help you learn how to benchmark your salary and then negotiate effectively to achieve your salary goals. These workshops are in collaboration with the American Association of University Women and are available for graduate students and postdocs only.  All Graduate Center Career Services workshops are offered free of charge. These workshops will be held virtually, and registration is through Handshake.
