Mitigating Unconscious Bias

This webinar will examine how unconscious bias can influence the workplace and classroom and how graduate students can respond. We will share research-based strategies for addressing unconscious biases and micro-aggressions, and we will explore strategies that reduce the impact of our own unconscious biases. The format will consist of a short lecture followed by discussion and questions.
