National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellowship (NSF GRFP) Information Sessions

GRFP recognizes and supports outstanding graduate students who have demonstrated the potential to be high achieving scientists and engineers. Applicants must be pursuing full-time research-based master’s and doctoral degrees in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) or in STEM education at accredited US institutions. Applicants must be a U.S. citizen, national, or permanent resident.

DAAD - German Academic Exchange Service Study Scholarship and Research Fellowship Information Session

The DAAD is an excellent source of funding for study and research in Germany.  Research grants are awarded primarily to highly qualified Ph.D. candidates who are early in their academic/professional careers or to individuals wishing to earn a doctoral degree in Germany.

Hertz Fellowship Information Session

Join us to speak with Kevin Lin, Hertz Representative for the University of Arizona, about applying for the Hertz fellowship.  The Foundation supports graduate students working towards a Ph.D. in mathematics or the applied physical, biological, and engineering sciences. Applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents of the U.S.

Fulbright-Hays Doctoral Dissertation Research Abroad Award Information Session 

The Fulbright-Hays DDRA Fellowship program provides opportunities to doctoral candidates to engage in full-time dissertation research abroad in modern foreign languages and area studies for periods of 6 to 12 months. The program is designed to contribute to the development and improvement of the study of modern foreign languages and area studies in the United States.  To receive an award, a student must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or national of the United States.  Research will take place in specified locations.
