Graduate Student Success Series: Sam Myers

The Graduate Center is pleased to celebrate Sam Myers, who won an NSF GRF award to support his research on asteroids. “I am a Ph.D. student in the UArizona Lunar and Planetary Laboratory , and this year I was selected as a National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellow. This award will support my research on near-Earth asteroids, as well as my efforts to advocate for better space policy. While working on my application, the Graduate Center was able to provide me with invaluable resources that helped me put together the strongest application possible.”
