Set Your Future Up for Success and Learn the Basics of Investing!
Curious about how to start investing but not sure where to begin?
The Graduate Center is partnering with UA Cooperative Extension’s Take Charge America Institute to offer an introductory workshop to help graduate students learn about the fundamentals of investing. You will explore topics like goal setting, risk tolerance, types of investments (such as stocks, bonds, and real estate), and how inflation affects your money over time. Through interactive activities and real-life examples, you’ll leave with a clearer sense of your financial goals and how investing can help you reach them. No prior experience needed — just bring your curiosity and questions!
