Caroline Hyland is a doctoral student in Computer Science. Although originally from Phoenix, Arizona, she pursued her undergraduate degree in Tucson at the University of Arizona where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Bachelor of Arts in Spanish with minors in World Literature and Cellular Biology in 2023. After graduation, Caroline was awarded a Fulbright Scholarship and taught English for two years in Hualien, Taiwan. She looks forward to researching and making her mark in the fields of Artificial Intelligence and Natural Language Processing.
