Kayleigh Rhodes

Kayleigh M.J. Rhodes is a doctoral student in the Clinical Psychology program. Born and raised in Flagstaff, Arizona, she began her journey at the University of Arizona in 2019 as an undergraduate. Having worked with kids for years, she majored in psychology with the original goal of going into social work but ended up fascinated with research on social relationships from health and neuroscientific perspectives. Kayleight is specifically interested in exploring the attachment behavioral system throughout the lifespan and its impacts on health and cognition. Since graduating with a BS in Psychological Science, Kayleigh has worked in the Psychology department as a Project Coordinator for the CLOSE Study, a collaboration between the UA NET Lab and LSCH. Outside the lab, Kayleigh enjoys running, indoor bouldering, reading fantasy novels, playing with her cats, gaming, and spending time with her friends and husband.
