Lynn Carroll
Lynn is a doctoral student in the Environmental Engineering Program. Born in Arizona, Lynn is a wildcat through and through. Inspired by the local arid environment to pursue a career in water resources, she completed a Bachelor's degree in Biosystems Engineering at the University of Arizona. Her research experience has included projects on water quality, controlled environment agriculture, and advanced water treatment. Lynn also gained design experience while working as a consultant and as a project lead for UArizona’s Engineers Without Borders Chapter. She plans to continue working in the water resources sphere in an extension capacity, where she can help bridge the gaps between research, industry, and the communities they serve. Outside of academics, Lynn enjoys running, hiking, and chasing plastic (commonly known as ultimate frisbee).
