Tamutswa Mahari (she/her/hers) is a Graduate Assistant in the Graduate Center's Office of Career Services at the University of Arizona. She assists graduate students with developing career plans, and she facilitates workshops in career exploration, networking, and professional development. Tamutswa is a fourth-year Ph.D. student in the Department of Communication, where she also pursuing a minor in Management. Her research interests include digital workplace communication and organizational inclusion, with a focus on how digital platforms shape mentorship dynamics and collaborative relationships in remote and hybrid work environments. During her doctoral studies, she has gained extensive teaching experience as a Teaching Assistant for communication courses, advising undergraduate students, and developing curriculum materials.
