Caitlin Rosario Kelly
Caitlin Rosario Kelly (she/they) is an Assistant Professor of Practice and the Director of the McNair Scholars Program. A radical ethicist and pedagogy wonk, her teaching and scholarship are rooted in just relationship, joy, and critical hope. Caitlin’s classes emphasize scholarly community and rigorous academics, typically set to a lively soundtrack of music and laughter.
Caitlin graduated from the Education, Culture, and Society program at the University of Pennsylvania's Graduate School of Education and is PhD Candidate in Philosophy of Education at the University of Washington College of Education.
Caitlin is also a food justice advocate, audiophile, and possesses an unshakeable affection for art, nature, and animals. When not in the office, you'll likely find them enjoying Tucson’s epic food scene with her husband, Joseph, or dancing in the garden with pets Lua, Biga, and Tilda Swinton.
