Ceili Olney is a doctoral student in the Clinical Translational Sciences program. An Arizona native, Ceili graduated from the University of Arizona with a B.S. in Neuroscience and Cognitive Science and Psychological Science. While pursuing her undergraduate degrees, Ceili was a member of the Defense Civilian Training Corps (DCTC), where she conducted Artificial Intelligence research for the U.S. Army. Additionally, she was a research assistant for the Neuroscience of Emotion and Thought (NET) Lab and an intern for the Knowledge Donor Program, exploring elements of internal cognition and modern surgical procedures. Driven by a deep commitment to supporting aging populations, Ceili aims to investigate how neuroscience and technology can come together to improve the lives of those affected by neurodegenerative diseases. In her free time, she enjoys long walks with her dog Rosemary, exploring downtown Tucson, and day trips to surrounding towns. A fun fact about Ceili is that her name is Irish Gaelic and means party, dance, and music!
